Fascination, 1979 - ★★★½

Now that's Gothic! An incredible use of color, grind house violence and sultry vampirism (although not vampires?).

Reminiscent of Larraz, but considerably less visceral. "Sinners" captures the same sultry appeal.

The return of Romanticism will also mean the return of the Gothic-myth.

I am here for all of it.
